Multiple Houses and Stalls

Characters are restricted to owning one house lot and one stall lot.

Owning more than one house lot or more than one stall lot can result in the excess being removed from the character.

Exceptions

Businesses and guildhouses may be exceptions to this rule. If you are unsure whether a property counts as either, open a ticket and confirm with staff before proceeding.

Stall upkeep

Shops must be actively maintained:

• If a stall has a lack of items and is not regularly restocked, it may be taken from the owner and put up for sale.
• You cannot use a stall as storage by leaving items without a price.

Unpriced items

Players may ticket to try and attempt to adquire an unpriced item; this will be judged on a ticket-by-ticket basis.
